Yes yes 👏🏻 I laughed. A lot.

Thank you Orli 🤓

Super! Welcome to the unfinished club, or the club of the unfinished, or maybe it was a heart or a diamond.

This makes me feel so much better about not being able to write (and post) anything yet! Thanks ever so! Now, I just have to wrangle MY brain. ;-)

And then there's all that swimming in the afternoon that needs to be done.

The Significant Other is also on Substack?! That was the earthquake I felt a week or so ago. Oh dear Goddess. Must subscribe (and did).

Finally! Someone I can relate to. 😂

Just in case you haven’t, read Playing Big by Tara Mohr. And No Bad Parts by Richard Schwartz. Brains can be crazy sometimes

Ha. Now you have two lunatics in your inbox. Thanks for supporting the neuroses.

Hi there. REALLY missing Woodstock.

Orli Auslander's avatar

Thanks. I'll check them out. Sometimes crazy would be a nice break from daily crazy.

I have a sneaking suspicion Brainy may moonlight in my own skull when you’re not using it 🫠

Hope she's nicer to you than she is to me.

Why was your television show about an Indian rather than a Jew?

Orli Auslander's avatar

You'd have to ask NBC but I'm guessing it must be all of those hundreds of other shows about Jewish Middle Eastern women. We're everywhere.

I am working on my first newsletter, having signed up at the beginning of the year. Pretty much all of the brain scolding in your drawings resonate, Orli -- except maybe the one about drawings. Like I'm going to post drawings, pff.

Orli Auslander's avatar

Ha. Apparently the first is the hardest. Good luck.

Welcome to Substack, Orli! Looking forward to reading your missives.

Thanks, Andrei. Bring Advil.

OMG, you've found the fun! Stop the overthinking (easier said than done, I know) and Just. Post. Something. Freewrite about all the overthinking options that have been hanging you up, or whatever else is on your mind. Include drawings. :-) No brilliance or "right" choices required. Can't wait. 🙏

Trying. Thanks for the support.

Sounds scarily familiar to me. I recently discovered that autism/ADHD is a big part of my extremely busy brain. Unfortunately self-knowledge doesn't make a scrap of difference to the reality of living with it.

That can't be fun. Hope you find some relief.
